It is the company's intention that it's work will be carried out in accordance with the relevant statutory provisions and all reasonably practicable measures are taken to avoid risk to it's employees or others who may be affected.
 
Management and supervisory staff have the responsibility of implementing this Policy throughout the company and must ensure that their own work, so far as is reasonably practicable, is carried out without risk to themselves or others.

The operation of this Policy will be monitored by the management and staff of the company at all times.

This statement of company Policy will be displayed prominently at all sites and workplaces.

Health and safety is our utmost priority. It is the policy of Ayjay Services Ltd to promote a health and safety culture throughout the company.

We are committed to providing the best support to our employees and clients through continually updating our health and safety systems in line with the latest recommendations and legislation.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Our company is actively managed within a continuously improving environment.  In an ever-changing, fast moving marketplace it is imperative to be adaptable.  We understand the importance of moving forward but at the same time controlling change in our business processes.

Product assurance is maintained through quality control of branded materials, the use of approved suppliers and the development of a skilled workforce.

TRAINING

We believe that the strength of our company is built on the skills and professionalism of the people who work for us.

We are committed to developing and training the workforce, for many of our engineers this continuous development begins with the Modern Apprenticeships Scheme.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

We also recognise the need for sustainable development and continually aim to improve the environmental effects of our activities.  We also educate our staff so that they carry out their activities in an environmentally responsible manner.  Our company also promotes waste minimisation and the efficient management of resources, energy and fuel throughout the company's operations.
