LIGHTING DESIGN
With the aid of modern computer software we are able to design lighting schemes for all types of application. The client will then be offered a choice of plans using different light fittings. We also undertake emergency lighting installations and maintenance to comply with current standards.

We design (and install) lighting systems for offices, ensuring adequate lighting levels compliant to LG3 and switching to L2 of the Building Regulations for the workplace. Full design of distribution systems and cable calculations, sizing and selection of conductors and cables, inhouse AutoCad and plotting of large format drawings. This enables us to receive and produce drawings by e-mail swiftly for Architects and Consultants.
We will carry out an initial site survey to accertain your exact needs. This information will be passed to our design engineers who will produce computer generated lighting plots. These will show in detail :
- how many lights are needed
- where to situate
- the required height
- type of fitting which will perform best in the designated environment

Floodlighting
Ayjay Services Ltd have installed many floodlighting schemes throughout the United Kingdom - including large car parks, sports grounds and street lighting.
We have our own installation team who will excavate trenches, install concrete pads, erect lighting columns, and mount the flood lights to exact angles. This means no additional cost of ground works required, making the whole installation trouble-free and cost effective.
